Charles L. Perrin Summer Fellowship:
This merit-based fellowship recognizes promising undergraduate chemistry researchers at UC San Diego. It offers support for summer research under the mentorship of a Chemistry professor.
Eligibility:
- UCSD undergraduate majoring in Chemistry
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Willing and able to continue research through Summer 2022
- Previous participation in research with a Chemistry faculty member through CHEM 199

Department of Chemistry Summer Research Fellowship:
This merit-based fellowship is for UCSD undergraduates showing potential in chemistry research. It offers $1,000 per student to support summer research under a Chemistry professor's mentorship.
Eligibility:
- UCSD undergraduate majoring in Chemistry and
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Able to conduct research during Summer 2022
- Previous participation in research with a Chemistry faculty member through CHEM 199
