Russell Chan Selected as 2015 Inamori Fellow

Russell Chan has been selected as one of three Inamori Fellows for 2015. The Inamori Fellowship Program at UC San Diego supports our best and brightest graduate students who will ensure the future of humanity through a balance of the scientific process and human spirit. This investment in our students is parallel to the Inamori Foundation's commitment to the Kyoto Prize that is given annually to those who have made significant contributions to the progress of science, the development of civilization, and the enrichment and elevation of the human spirit. Chan is a graduate student in the lab of Professor Nav Toor.
