Kubiak Research Group's Melissa Clark Receives Area Safety Coordinator-Excellence in Safety Award

Melissa Clark, a graduate student in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and a member of the Kubiak Research Group, was selected as the inaugural recipient of the 'Area Safety Coordinator - Excellence in Safety Award'. The award is in recognition of Melissa’s outstanding contributions towards improving the culture of laboratory safety within the Kubiak Group and on a broader scale throughout the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry. The Excellence in Safety Award is jointly sponsored by campus Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) and the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry. Congratulations Melissa!
